Very good policy in terms of price and cover. 10mth accelerated NCB is a big plus. So far so good, this is my 2nd yr with Bell.

Normally if u renew your policy with the current provider your premium reduces but with bell it increased and they fail to satisfy that's why I changed the company.

I took out my policy which was not a problem, then a few weeks later was informed there was an error in my details so my premiums went up. I was then asked for my documentation which every time I sent it I would shortly receive a letter telling me that it hadn't been received and then after 3 months of trying backward and forward my policy was cancelled without notice meaning I was driving around without insurance for 2 days. Eventually I got someone who was helpful that gave me her direct email address and allowed me to send my documents directly to her whilst I was on the phone. Then to be told by her that I had been paying too higher premiums.

Ok but always a problem with telematics not paticular happy with this to begin with i did not see it when i searched for insurance was going to be added overall ok.
