“The telephone conversation went well and the guy was very polite and helpful when I asked him to repeat the sentence for me. Best of all the quote I got was better than my last company so I excepted.”

“Easy enough navigate the website, but the options for safety deices are limited for example My Harley has a factory fitted Alarm and immobiliser which does not feature in the list My BMW has factory fitted immobiliser which doesn't feature There isn't an option for manufacturer fitted device either!”

“I ended up in a right pickle with my last insurer as they were closed on the day I collected my new bike. Bennetts online tool was quick and easy and allowed me to take the bike away (having travelled a fair distance). Price was competitive but could be keener.”

“After a bit of online site comparison work Bennetts seemed to meet all my needs. Reasonably new to online only purchase of this type i.e. insurance but everything went well, purchase, documents etc. so all good so far.”

“I have insured my bike through Bennetts for the last 2 years, the comprehensive cover at a reasonable price quickly and efficiently arranged over the phone. The renewal quote was a little more than I had anticipated but talking with Bennetts staff allowed negotiation to agree on a mutually acceptable premium.”

“I found dealing with Bennetts very straight forward and with very little fuss I was happy with the service which has been provided to me. A well mannered gent Tom Villiers that I spoke to on one small matter after receiving a letter one week down the line dealt with the issue like a true professional and is a credit to your company.”

“Came back to bennetts as they offered a better deal than MCE insurance who did not seem to want my continued business. i.e loyalty does not seem to be wanted these days. Have been dealt with efficiently in all manners so far.”

“After receiving my renewal quote I contacted Bennets as I considered the the quote to be a little higher than I expected, however my discussion with a very helpful administrator solved the problem and found me a better deal .”

“A little disappointed that the 'auto renewal price was so high, but after re-entering my details into the Bennett's website I was able to get the renewal price similar to last year's. Was convinced I had opted out of auto renewal but apparently I hadn't according to their records - made sure I have for next time”

“As a long standing customer i am pleased with the cover. However I used a different provider who got bennetts insurance cheaper than what you offered me in my renewal. Offer your existing customers you best deal on initial contact when renewal is due. Thankyou.”
