Call Center is a complete joke, how long do they expect you to hold on? Can’t renew my policy as they now have the wrong debit card number and emails going to the wrong address. Will be insuring somewhere else

Been insured with Bennett’s for both my bikes for a few years , so naturally went to straight to you to get insurance for my wife’s first motorcycle yesterday couldn’t get a quote because she’s part time and isn’t retired or disabled . What a joke operator most helpful said they’d ring back and haven’t no worries though gone elsewhere and I’ll probably do the same next year.

Very disappointed that they could not use my no claims discount from my previous policy which was just over 2 years ago. Apparently there is a two year limit, but as I have been riding bikes for over 30 years, I thought this was a bit inflexible. This bumped my premium up by £100. I was given a quote based on the fact that I had 4 years no claims under my previous policy but was asked to ring back the next day as the bloke I spoke to wasn’t sure. Was then told about the 2 year limit. Not brilliant!

Every year I have the aggravation of re-insuring several vehicles, each year whoever I use jack up the prices, Bennetts are no different. Last year they sorted a good deal on my 3 motorcycles, this year I ended up splitting them between insurers again, the two I did insure through them took a lot of aggro to get a sensible price and avoid being ripped off. A swap of bikes part way through year went well, but later when trying to add a new bike they wanted £500 EXTRA to add it to a Policy - yet I could insure the new bike through them online on a new policy for £250, they said to get this price I would have to pay an cancellation fee to swop the Policies - but when I took out the Policy I told them I had a new bike ordered and would want it on the same Policy and they said "No problem". Once again I was robbed by an insurer I am just trying to do (a lot) of business with. I give them an "Acceptable" rating as others are no better and I have had to deal with worse.

Difficult to provide what they call acceptable proof of no claims discount but eventually successful, unnerving to say the least

Hi to obtain a quote from saga for my motor bike as my car is with saga freephone no. I was transfered to you and finally after many questions by you in was finally after 57 mins.on your phone accepted your insurance I have now found that I have to pay 11 pound yes eleven Pound that has been added to my home talk talk bill I am not happy !!!! I don't know what's happened at Bennetts. I had to send proof of ncd 3 times and each time they acknowledged they had received it, then sent a letter saying they will cancel my insurance if I didn't provide it. Now they have accepted my proof of ncd they have not sent an up to date insurance certificate so I only have a temporary one. Never used to have to chase them up like this. This may well be the last time I use them.

As with all insurance it is frustrating when best deal is not the one you are offerred first. Original renewal was an increase of £100 over last year. After calling to discuss finally set up at slightly cheaper than last. Good deal in the end but an unecessary pfaff.

Cannot think,what to write about...Im not a big fan of Insurance companys....I have 6 bikes...and love to be able to ride them all,a bit... So bloody complicated to insure...2 of the vintage bikes,i wo'nt do more than 300 miles each...SO just insured 1. BORING....

Made me happy when I finally got my insurance confirmed after sending confirmation of my NCD several times. Not happy about being addressed as Dear Richardson!

Good price & reasonable process, but I do think the people dealing with motorbike insurance need some good general knowledge of motorbikes.

Good service provided by call handler. But she was unable to match price of quote obtained on the internet. This is frustrating for an existing customer as the quote was with the same company for the same cover.

Good service and good staff who listen. Just unhappy that you quote a higher price for me to renew than I can get if I do it myself online. Seems you don’t want to reward loyalty and are happy to risk I take my business elsewhere, shame really

I’m very happy with Bennetts service but unhappy that you would treat a loyal customer with a £20 admin fee for renewing his policy it makes me feel you don’t value my custom

Bought online, all good, response was good. However the 3 star is because they sent me a Temp cover for 25 days, and after receiving my NCD proof, should have sent the full documents, unfortunately their IT Dept didn't so they posted them, waited a further week, got them and also now online. so all good in the end. Great value on price.

they are ok!! But not the most helpfull! If I had not needed my motorbike insurance!!! I would not!!! Have taken it will Bennett's! As the first price I was a given!! On your website!! Was not!!! The price I paid!!! When I tock out the policies!!!

renewal far to expensive - i went on gocompare and got the same insurance for half the price as the renewal. I like bennett’s but you need to sort this matter out.
