“Eventually renewed insurance, although the automatic renewal attempted to add 50% with the same details. Was sorted with a simple phone call, but no explanation for the extra cost over the previous quote.”

“I was actualy dissapointed with bennetts as i was already with bennetts and my renewl was more than i expected it to be and the fact that there was an arrangment fee.... I went to Compare the market. com to check the average cost of insurance and my concernes were correct... i could save £70 WOW but it did not cover breakdown... I do not need it as i am covered by AA. I contacted Bennets to ask if they could review/reduce the quote. The opperator said no.... So when i went back to CTM.com Bennets was the 2nd one down with exactly the same cove i already had for £40 lesss.... go figure that one out..... So i cancelled my insurance and went with CTM.com Wife was happy as she got a new Oleg :-)”

“Good initial internet quote and price but not happy with follow up when asked for NCB that I had already sent with all details,obviously no one looked close enough.”

“The staff that I dealt with have been excellent and have always offered good sound advice and service. The product is usually good although the mandatory excesses are quite high. However I was disappointed and frustrated that I had to pay for the full policy immediately due to a fault in Bennett's paying systems, rather than be installments on direct debit as preferred.”

“Easy to set up. However on completion I noticed my name was wrong. I called immediately and was told the changes couldn't be made at that time and someone would call me back the same day. That was 6 days ago. No one has called back despite me calling again and sending an email”

“Would like an explanation of why my premium was quoted as 25% more than the previous year. (Last year £168, this year £214) I have been a Biker for many years with no claims or convictions. A loyalty bonus would also be a good idea as a Bennetts Policy Holder say 20% after 3years of continued no-claims insurance. Regards Rod Hall”

“Called to update change of address.. didn't pay the admin fee as renewel was a month away. Was NOT told my details won't be updated in the meantime.(false insurance for a month, NICE) When I call to renew you have auto renewed for me with the wrong details. (Yeah coz that makes sense)Was told you can't do any better on the price, as it had gone up ???? went home did it online fully comprehensive for £20 more than the advisor on the phone. If I hadn't of got this price I wouldn't have renewed with yourselves.”

“Was transferred to Bennetts from Compare the Market.com. Price went UP by 15% and even though I was informed I could take advantage of two for one cinema tickets this seems to have been withdrawn. Couldn't be bothered to tKe the matter further after being told that Bennetts should not have changed price and they were not going to do anything about. Bennetts are just as bad using CTM to get leads and apparently jacking up the price and distNcing themselves fron CTM, possibly not to pay commision. Make your own mind. I did take the higher Bennetts price to save further wadte of my time - thinks being a bit charitable with. acceptable rating.”

“The process of getting bike insurance with Bennetts was simple enough. Nothing special about it - it's par for the course nowadays as it should be.Like for like cover is not the cheapest with Bennetts. This is very disappointing considering they're supposed to be bike specialists.”

“Phoned up as insurance had not been continued automatically as card had expired. Information from operator was quite abrupt although information was corrected. Ended up paying more than my renewal despite only a few days had passed between renewal date and when insurance was taken out.”
