“COWBOYS! their entire business model is to appear cheap and affordable, but their policies are littered with hidden charges and traps to get more money out of you, if like me, you eventually give up and cancel, they hit you with more charges and scam you in the refund.
Anyone giving these guys more than 1 star just haven't been hit with additional charges YET!
***3 weeks after cancelling, I'm still waiting on a refund from them.
Do not purchase insurance from these guys. spend the extra £10 and go with a reputable insurance company instead of these cowboys. I promise it will be cheaper in the long run.”

“They use a solicitors no win no fee ,who ask for all bank accounts including joint and all credit card details ,just to get a hire car on a none fault accident,they dont cover you the solicitors do the work,you only find out how bad they are when you report an accident to them then they pass you off to a no win no fee solicitors. Disgraceful”
