“3rd year of insuring with BG, not had any issues yet. Always been able to get through on phone when renewing, only down side is the amount of time waiting listing to the background music being told my call is important when being changed from one department to another, upside of it though was told that my premium had gone down from the one sent in the post. :-). Would I recommend, yes I would say to anyone give them a call.”
