“When I Intially rang on the weekend, although the operator was extremely helpful he was unable to process the insurance and arranged a call back on a weekday( Monday) Inorder to process the insurance . I was called back on Monday whilst at work after giving suitable times for a call after 5.30pm ....This being said I called at just before 6pm and was able to get through and purchase the insurance.
Since purchasing the car insurance I've contacted BG in regards to sending out documents, this was done with speed and received them through email before the end of the phone conversation :-)

“Getting insurance needs to be easier. There should be one page of information that you need to fill out (including all of your driving numbers etc) . This isn't a criticism of BG it's more a general note that it should be very simple and quick. Rather than having to follow up with post paper work etc

“Proof of address would not be necessary to obtain the car insurance as long as You ask for photocopies of driving licence. Not possible to buy straight online is a small disadvantage too. Apart of above all sounds good yet.
