“Avoid. I have had loads of trouble with this company after insuring my campvan with them.
I asked on a number of occasions by phone and email to email me my documents as I never recieved them only a certificate with my name spelt incorrect.
After 2 months of nothing they have now simply canceled my policy losing all my money. As they state I did not complete the return form on the email they never sent.
What a waste of time. Not interested in helping out. After I challenge them to show me when my documents were sent they simply stated they do not retain emails for longer then 10 days! Hahah insane. Yes they are cheap but there's a reason for it. AVOID!”
