“Haven't got a bad word to say about Carrot Insurance. Cheap insurance for new drivers, tracking system works well, and the new live chat is very effective for users to get in touch and has worked well in my experience. Very good insurance provider overall!”

“Really good service with the Live Chat. Very clear journeys recorded. But sometimes randomly tracks just because I’ve walked past my car or sat in it after stopping??? Overall good insurance”

“I was a bit skeptical about the online live chat but when I used it, it was fantastic and very quick. No more waiting on hold for hours with costly mobile phone bills. The service is great and I added breakdown cover for just £75 a year which was a result.”

“Carrot insurance are really good for helping you with your requests, it can take a while to get through the customer service team but once you’re there they are super helpful and help you with all requests can answer all your questions. The price for carrots insurance as a first time driver is the cheapest about from what I’ve found, they’ve helped with setting up my policy and changing the vehicle on my policy. Amazing staff and super helpful! Would recommend!”

“Threatening to cancel my insurance, and charging me a £70 charge because there was a discrepancy that I am not aware of. I will not be paying this and will be cancelling my policy shortly”

“Cheapest insurance I could find as a young driver. However, when ringing to sort out a problem could not get through for a while and then was not contacted back to see if my problem had been fixed had to ring back myself.”

“Cheapest policy I found and still did everything I needed! Called them once about a policy detail and after a few minutes on hold they could help sort it right away on the phone. Would definitely recommend!”

“Impossible to get in contact with you, you have not helped me in any way in regards to my problems with the App, Better Driver and now you are threatening to cancel my insurance. Interesting that you are so easy to contact me when threatening to end my insurance but you've made it impossible for me to contact you when trying to resolve this issue. What do I do now that I can't fix the app and you're going to cancel my insurance tomorrow? I've paid for a service, I deserve a service.”

“Horrible customer service waiting for one hour for someone to answer plus that every day you get threats that your insurance will cancel for nothing.The devise double ups the registration of miles you drive!!!!!!!The most stressful insurance company I came across”

“I love my Carrot Policy as a new driver, the rewards are amazing to keep others and you safe on the road. After green score consistently I have been able to buy a £10 gift from Amazon. The price was the best out of all policies and staff very accommodating. Just take some time to get through.”
