“I haven’t been with the company long but in that time when I have had any questions they have been answered very well, a little bit of a wait to talk to someone on the phone but not too bad and they have sent emails to help also, overall happy with my service :)”

“Overall the app reviews my driving fairly and getting instant results makes me try harder to drive well. However I haven’t received a treat for a green driving week and the button to learn more about treats on the website doesn’t work which is disappointing. Some aspects of the insurance are also quite confusing.”

“The company’s app does not work properly. The system it uses for calculating averages is flawed and when you do the calculations yourself you get different results. It’s a company geared towards cancelling your insurance. AVOID THEM”

“Twitter customer service is always helpful and very quick, not sure on the new live chat system it’s very robotic but despite all the bad review I read before joining I have never had a problem and am very happy with my insurance and great price too☺️”

“Carrot insurance themselves are brilliant. Always very accommodating when I’ve called them with an issue. However one improvement I can suggest is the Better Driver app. It’s very faulty. Carrot emailed me themselves and informed me they spotted an issue and they would fix it but it still isn’t working properly. Says I’ve used miles and driven when I haven’t which results in me losing miles, constantly scores me badly, and when I am driving it cuts off my journey half way through. I’ve tried emailing them about this as it’s frustrating and I don’t want to lose out on miles I haven’t even used but have got no response and no help with this.”

“Very professional and happy as well as an easy website to look at my scores. Being a first time driver i found it very hard to get good insurance but they were very helpful and informative as well as making the process hassle free. I would 100% recommended using Carrot insurance!”

“I am so happy I decided to use Carron Insurance! Being a first time driver, I was unsure about car insurance but they were very helpful and informative as well as making the process hassle free. I would 100% recommended using Carrot!”

“Customer service is pretty good, they really try their best to fix problems that may arise. The live chat has an option to submit documents which is very nice however it's annoying that you can never get an actual human on the live chat. Better driver app is very spotty at best especially paired with the wingman”

“I spoke to somebody when i had to change car because it broke down and she said she would get the ibox disconnected from my old car. She didnt and i had a bad score for the week. When i emailed about my problem i didnt get a reply for over a month and the solution was that i needed proof i wasnt driving the car! Absolutely terrible!”
