Carrot has always been more than helpful when it comes to questions/ queries or even complaints. Live chat service is quite good. Call service has been trouble at times when being transffered, wait time is reasonable.

Each time I’ve contacted customer services they dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently. Always offering continuous reassurance and clear explanations whenever it is needed.

The company is terrible so many problems very unhappy and have a very important to be dealt with I have tried to email call but theres no customer service team on the phone and unable to log in to live chat do not know how to work it because they work with 3 other companys this is an absolute night mare always they say you need to talk to them then you need to talk to them I have had notice that my policy will canx for no reason yet I cannot sort this out with these people as no one to talk to!!!!!!! FUMING !!!!!!

My app keep recording journeys that I don’t drive and it’s putting my score down. Tried to fix it but knowones done anything about it

Awful service Charged £75 just for cancellation fee within the first 14 days aswell paying the expected days that the policy was taken for

After being passed for company to company what a breath of fresh air Michael was in helping me sort insurance out it was over several telephone calls and nothing was too much hassle for him even ringing me back when there were computer issues. They beat the closes quotes by over £1300 and thus far I would recommend them to anyone, especially young driers finding it hard to get insurance.

Easy and reliable. I have a black box and it’s so easy to track how well i’m driving and my areas of improvement. They have excellent customer service!

Overall my experience with Carrot Insurance has been great! I have been a customer for a year now and have had no issues. The policy is extremely rewarding- more than any other insurance I am aware of. Earning e-vouchers for good driving is a great incentive to be safe!

Very slow process and I couldn’t insure my new car which I bought on a Saturday afternoon until Monday morning as the system shuts down. When I did get through to a agent, they were great but then they needed to ring me to take payment so why take away the Facility to talk on the phone to a agent in the first place!!!!

Shockingly bad insurers, counting down the days to when my policy ends! Customer service is incompetent to say the least, the cancellation charges are eye watering so they know that once your signed up they can throw your needs and expectations on the scrap heap as no matter how bad they are it is too expensive to walk away! ... Also the only insurers i have ever come across that refuse to add siblings named drivers! ... Cowboy insurer if ever their was one!

I took out a policy to start on the 23rd June 2019 and have spent nearly a week trying to get the better driver app to let me take the photos you require and i have used Live chat, (which is not live at all ) 6 times now and it asks the same questions and all i get is a standard electronic reply saying to go on website and use Live chat. on the website it states that you can sak robot on live chat to get someone to call you but it does not allow the question to be asked. I paid a lot of money for this insurance and I had a letter 5 days after insurance started threatening me with cancellation in 3 days time if i cant send photos in , but how do i do it!

Friendly service, quick and easy. However, as with every insurer a £35 “admin” fee for changing my reg plate is extortion considering she changed it whilst I was on the line.. £35 for 4 seconds seems like a good kind of job to have!
