“My sons policy had to be cancelled as he had modifications on his car. I called and spoke to loretta and i must say she is very understandable and has been very helpful with my queries. Although my sons insurance needed to be cancelled. I muat say the customer service was very high standard. The only downside was the 45 min waiting time each call but having spoken to the same advisor on 2 occassions made it a little easier. I know i should br annoyed at the cancellation fees etc but not all negative came from this. Thank you lotretta for being so helpful.”

“The cashback makes me very happy, but having the app does to as i find it very helpful from watching your score go up & down from day to day journeys be able to manage miles and to always know where your car is from `find my car` feature”

“Better Drive makes you a better, safe & responsible drive. One of the best application i ever come across. i start using the application 3 months ago and i found a significant changes in my driving pattern. i always drive with my wife and she found this amazing as BETTER DRIVE keeps me drive safe and responsible. checking my speed, usage and smoothness all the time feeling like a challenge to me to bring my score into green all the time. Recommending to people who want to control over speeding, better acceleration and braking. recommending it to my friends and family. Great customer support, its been 2nd time i call customer support and they are great assist to what queries or questions i have. Victoria Kelly was great help this time, she help me with my better drive query. 5 stars. Thanks”

“Survived my first part with carrot insurance earning £42 which I'm chuffed to bits with. This meant I could give my car a good clean and wash and also fill up on fuel..it pays to be a safer driver ❤❤”

“For my very first year of insurance ever, I could not have been more happy with Carrot. I had a black box fitted and soon started to enjoy the rewards that brought. “After years and years of being ripped off by greedy insurance companies we decided to try this one for my son with the box fitted on the rewards scheme for good driving and so far proved to be one of the best insurance companies I've dealt with,after getting regular reward payments for good driving and just receiving a very good quote for his second year this company as definitely given my son the incentive to be a careful driver.😀👍 Thanks .”

“Typically my friends where telling me how they don't like thier black box for many reasons. However with Carrot I don't have a problem with my black box. It has given me good feedback and best of all it can save me money. Carrot has been very kind to me and made being a young driver as easy as possible.”
