“my driving score suddenly goes down when the realise the have to pay out rewards and box's knock you score for smoothness even tho it a back road and around me the roads a very rough”

“Overall the service has been good quality and the insurance great value. We just had issues with activating the carrot card and then found that the card was short on the reward we had supposedly accumulated. other than this I would definitely recommend Carrot to anyone.”

“Customer services are friendly and helpful, the mobile app is very good can see your last journey score and keep track of your miles but if you go over on your mileage then I feel that the prices are high but this can be discounted by good driving”

“Mobile phone app is very helpful, although it could be more detailed in giving feedback so that you know how to improve. Installation of black box very smooth and overall have been very impressed with carrot.”

“The insurance is cheap in some ways but I can't help but feel exploited they say freedom but you are trapped by a black box and a mileage cap which rinses you out of money. Thanks but no thanks I guess carrot..”

“I have recently joined carrot for my car insurance as a young driver. They are a very supportive company and the customer service team are very good at listening to what you have to say. They send you all parts of your insurance through the post quickly and promptly. I think as a young driver this is a good first insurance company to start with. I would also advise carrot to any family and friend.”
