“Rewards for driving good, as it can be annoying when people are overtaking when your doing 30, making you want to speed but having rewards makes it worth while.”

“This is the second insurance company I've been with and as a teenager I looove driving as I haven't been driving long. My point is that it's ridiculous how much you have to pay to be able to drive more miles but I suppose that's a way for them to get huge amounts of money. I sometimes feel like I should get the bus so I don't go over my miles but then what's the point of having a car lol. Also, the fact that you get a low score on usage when you drive after 11pm was never mentioned anywhere. But on the bright side I love how the app tells you about your speed smoothness and usage, plus they're not very strict if you sometimes go over the speed limit which we all do... And the cash rewards make you wanna drive well!”

“Awful customer service. Tried to make a claim, they did not process it. Rang next day to be told you have to pay excess first, and admin fees before they will even consider the claim!”

“Overall not brilliant customer service, long waits on the phone to get through to anyone. Also threatened to cancel my incsurance for not have a box fitted when it was already fitted. Then had to wait for 4 more days in order to use my app/ dashboard because I wasn't a recognised user.”
