Easy to insurance/ use they website. The guy you fitted my black box was lovely either though at a busy place. The app is easy to use and has everything I need on there, easier login to check a after a long journey. Couldn't say a bad word about it

Overall excellent company, Haven't needed to phone about any issues. The customer service I have experienced was better than I expected, the man who installed my black box was very nice and friendly and when I asked questions about it he was very helpful and polite whilst explaining. The reward system for good driving is very inventive, I like how they send you a card with the money you earn loaded on to it which you can spend anywhere. The 1 and only fault I have with them if the 'usage' part, other than that excellent company. Highly recommend and have recomended to friends and family currently learning to drive.

Best price I could find love the app have got on well with this company and just earned my first reward and brought myself some clothes I would recommend this to everyone.

Overpriced and horrible customer service. Charged me £400 extra when I moved to my new house less than 5 miles down the road, then tried to charge me an £150 'admin fee' when I bought my new car. They don't care about retaining their customers and their call agents are monotonous and unsympathetic. Have now left for a policy that was nearly £1000 cheaper annually.

My score went from 7 out of 10 down to -2 out of 10 over the space of 1 or 2 short journeys during which I drove at exactly the same standard as before. Which happened at the time I was due to receive my money back reward. Makes me think the money back reward is just a selling point and isn't actually as good as it's made out to be!

There is no curfews. You can see what rewards you are on to get. And I got £50 back from driving safely.

Very good on showing how my driving is going, the dashboard app is very easy to use. Customer service is very slow though

Not as bad as I feared, however the usage is so annoying! Why get penalised for driving between 11:00 and 5:00?! Makes no sense... Also I can be driving outside of those times and still receive less than ten for usage? Don't like the fact that short trips are punished also as my trip to work 4 times a week are short and I get penalised every time...

Not as bad as I thought it would be, however I do think the score seems to be a random pick and the usage score is annoying. Other then that, I'm into my second month and it's not so bad having a black box after all.
