“Love this insurance company. You earn cash back. The app is simple to use, customer services are English and very well mannered and polite. Really considering staying with them again next year. Have recommended to friends and would highly recommend to everybody!”

“Carrot insurance seem to have friendly, helpful staff and the app is simple and easy to use. Only qualm I have is the price of top up miles which could be cheaper, even though my drivers score is well within the green. Overall very impressed though so far.”

“The black box is so restrictive, getting your license is Ment to be fun and you have a new found freedom, but then you get a black box and everything changes, even a tiny pothole can give you bad driver points. You end up spending your money not to drive you car, would not recommend it, I wouldent have one if other company's didunt charge so much”

“Started my policy in January so far it's been good Only thing I'm abit annoyed at is the fact that Carrot said no curfews however once I drive past 11pm it affects my score badly I have received my carrot card with my cash reward for the first quarter which is really good! Overall not a bad insurance company really! It's a great incentive drive good and you get cash back!”

“I have found Carrot to be an okay company this far however, I have had a few minor problems with them. Firstly when arranging my black box to be installed I received the confirmation text which had a different time and date to which I had agreed on the phone with one of the engineers, this problem was quickly sorted out by giving Carrot a call. Another problem I have had and from reading other reviews a lot of other customers have had the same problem, the Carrot Card. The Carrot Card takes a very long time to arrive after your first quarter as it almost took 2 months for mine to arrive. Another bad point about this company is the waiting time to speak to an actual person on the telephone. Apart from the above I have had no other problems with my insurance.”

“Carrot were very helpful and flexible with the installation of my black box fitting, extending the time period so that I could fit it in around my work schedule. Customer service line was very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend carrot as they've been great so far!”

“It's average really, sometimes if I drive more than around 5/6 small journeys I get marked down for usage and the score drops right down and it will take many scores of 10 to get it up even a little. Seems to be a lot easier to lower the score than it is to raise it which is annoying.”
