“Everything I could have asked form car insurance. There's only few things that could be better. The black box scoring a bit inaccurate and still not sure why they scored u on usage. The caroit card where u get your rewards has an online dashboard but no support of online transfer to my personal bank account. Over all happy”

“Terrible idea black box is so inaccurate and as most of my roads are changing to 20mph now I can't be doing silly speeds down clear roads where 30-40mph is acceptable the roads are clear most of the time, there are curfews as if you drive after a certain time you get a lower score won't be getting one again and will have it removed at end of policy dosent bother me about higher prices not worth the freedom of my driving just to save a grand”

“I thought using the black box would be really tricky but it's actually proved to be such a help with my driving. The rewards really are an added bonus to the policy and I love that I can check my driving score on the app on my phone!”

“The overall experience of the insurance is good, carrot insurance keeps in touch with customers and answers any questions you have. Only downside is that the score you keep up with on your phone can sometimes be buggy”

“I like this insurance company quite reasonable and I can view my scores which definitely helps me improve my driving. The only down side is that if I drive about 15-20 mins which would take me about and hours walk I get marked down on useage. I also have not received my first renewal payment and it has gone past my first quarter I did try to phone carrot but could not get through. I would defiantly recommend.”
