“Cancelled my insurance policy for driving 32mph on a 20mph road despite no warning, had to pay 100 pound for someone to view my car when it crashed and an additional 30 pounds for someone to tow my car,blatantly robbed me I was on comprehensive aswell don't join this insurance company it's a fraud”

“Excellent Insurence company especially for new drivers! Easy to find on the internet and also simple to get started! Great little reward scheme for safe drivers which allows you to earn money back for safe driving, I earned £40!! Highly recomended!”

“I have been with carrot long enough to receive my first cash reward and honestly I think that carrot insurance is a really good insurance for young drivers as the cash rewards help boost you to keep an eye on your driving to make sure you are safe and helps you maintain a good driving technique and with the app that I have on my phone I can look at the progress of my driving and check how much my reward is going to be at the end of the quarter which I think is really good as I can see how well I am driving or if I need to improve over all I am glad I took out carrot insurance”

“As a young driver, I found it hard to find affordable insurance. However I found Carrot and I like the challenge of trying to get a perfect score everytime I drive, also the cash rewards are great.”

“Overall an expensive insurance for a first time driver but still cheaper than all competitors after shopping around, the app is also nice touch, however, negative 10 seems excessive for been on a Motorway which totally skews your figures which up to that point was a 9.86 - score near on impossible to achieve cash rewards based on one drive is the reason for Four stars rather than Five.”

“Company that has rude customer service if you speak quiet and the black box is faulty recording false readings due to GPS error, the box has bad usage and the prices are extortionate for some customers, apart from that the rewarding side of things is decent and that's about it.( all can be improved then won't be so bad)”

“Had received a few duplicate emails to start with and the customer service team assured me it was problems with their system but if I wouldn't have called, this would have resulted in my policy being cancelled which I think was a little unprofessional but since then all has been fine. The facebook page is my favourite way to communicate with the carrot team as replies are quick and helpful. I got my first quarter carrot card payment last month, and although I had to wait a little longer than expected it was great to be rewarded for driving safely and encourages me to keep it up. I think the prepaid card for good drivers is an amazing way to help keep young/1st time drivers safe on the road and so far, my experience with carrot has been good. Wouldn't fault the service.”

“So far carrot insurance have been brilliant, the app on my phone is really good to keep an eye on my driving which I have always been on green and doing well and earning rewards which is really interesting. When I have called into speak to someone at carrot insurance you get put straight through to someone that will help with your issues and will resolve them straight away. So far it's been really good hope they keep it up as I am a happy customer at the moment. I would recommend them.”
