“I like the way carrot insurance tries to encourage people to drive safely by giving out treats. I think this is a very good idea. I also like the format of the app, I think everything that’s included is useful in terms of knowing if you are driving safe.”

“I haven't been with carrot insurance for very long, however, I have only ever had a good experience with them. I love the New Driver Dashboard and how I can check how I am doing because as a new driver, I think that's very important. The rewards is an amazing thing to do also. Their customer service is also great, there are many ways to get in touch and there's always somebody very helpful on the other side. The price of my insurance was also very reasonable for a very new driver.”

“Carrot Insurance are honest, reliable insurers of new drives, like myself. The constant rewards I receive through the drivers dashboard app are great. Furthermore, when I was close to reaching my insured miles limit, I was relieved to find out that carrot had given me 1000 courtesy miles as part of my policy! I honestly can't recommend carrot enough and all my friends use it too. If you're a new driver, carrot is definitely the insurer for you.”

“I have had my car insurance with Carrot for almost one year now, I did have some issues using the Better Driver App initially however when I addressed these issues, their technical team were happy to go through different troubleshooting scenarios and fixed the problem for me. I always receive gift cards for driving well which is a great little added bonus, I will definitely be renewing my insurance with Carrot when it is due in July 2019!”

“Had an incredibly bad car accident which caused my car to be a total loss... carrot insurance made it possible for me to get back on the roads in no time with the insurance quote being so affordable compared to your bigger insurance company’s... I have had no issues with this insurance company what so ever. Like every other business there is always going to be a wait to speak to someone on the phone. waiting on hold for over 30 minutes... that tells me they are very busy or dealing with someone in a worse situation than I’m in. Be patient!!!! Whenever I have spoken to someone on the phone whilst upset or frustrated they have always been understanding and helped as much as they can.”

Seems to be so many bad reviews, if you give your insurance chance to kick in and speak to them with any problems they are happy to help and resolve any problems! 5 stars from me carrot. “I have to say I have not had a better insurance company since carrot. Can not wait to go back with them in a weeks time. I always received cash back back rewards. I highly recommend Carrot!!! I look forward to going back with them in the future. (NEVER GO WITH WISEDRIVING INSURANCE)”
