“It’s really good customer services and price I hope everyone should be happy”

“After being passed for company to company what a breath of fresh air Michael was in helping me sort insurance out it was over several telephone calls and nothing was too much hassle for him even ringing me back when there were computer issues. They beat the closes quotes by over £1300 and thus far I would recommend them to anyone, especially young driers finding it hard to get insurance.”

“Overall my experience with Carrot Insurance has been great! I have been a customer for a year now and have had no issues. The policy is extremely rewarding- more than any other insurance I am aware of. Earning e-vouchers for good driving is a great incentive to be safe!”

“Haven't got a bad word to say about Carrot Insurance. Cheap insurance for new drivers, tracking system works well, and the new live chat is very effective for users to get in touch and has worked well in my experience. Very good insurance provider overall!”

“I was a bit skeptical about the online live chat but when I used it, it was fantastic and very quick. No more waiting on hold for hours with costly mobile phone bills. The service is great and I added breakdown cover for just £75 a year which was a result.”

“Carrot insurance are really good for helping you with your requests, it can take a while to get through the customer service team but once you’re there they are super helpful and help you with all requests can answer all your questions. The price for carrots insurance as a first time driver is the cheapest about from what I’ve found, they’ve helped with setting up my policy and changing the vehicle on my policy. Amazing staff and super helpful! Would recommend!”

“Cheapest policy I found and still did everything I needed! Called them once about a policy detail and after a few minutes on hold they could help sort it right away on the phone. Would definitely recommend!”

“I love my Carrot Policy as a new driver, the rewards are amazing to keep others and you safe on the road. After green score consistently I have been able to buy a £10 gift from Amazon. The price was the best out of all policies and staff very accommodating. Just take some time to get through.”

“I haven’t been with the company long but in that time when I have had any questions they have been answered very well, a little bit of a wait to talk to someone on the phone but not too bad and they have sent emails to help also, overall happy with my service :)”

“Very professional and happy as well as an easy website to look at my scores. Being a first time driver i found it very hard to get good insurance but they were very helpful and informative as well as making the process hassle free. I would 100% recommended using Carrot insurance!”
