“I have been with Carrot insurance three years now and I’ve never had any complications. Throughout my first year they were very helpful when I wanted to change my cars mid insurance, this came at a small cost however wasn’t an over rated amount! Throughout my second insurance although I had a fee to pay once I started to run out of mileage, the young lad I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and understanding... prior to this the older gentlemen I spoke to was also very understanding when I explained I wouldn’t be able to pay it until a certain date due to being a student and was waiting on my loan. I’m just starting my third year of insurance with Carrot now and I haven’t had to do anything at all, they have done everything for me, I never had to mess around renewing and worrying about it, Carrot emailed me and automatically renewed my insurance with the approval that I wanted to renew! Being with carrot has made my first few years of driving stress free.”

“Best Insurance company I chose, you get a fair price and if you drive well you get gift vouchers to spend. Although it’s a black box insurer I have never had an Issue with mine. Anyone looking for insurance this is the one for you, trust me!”

“They've always been straight forward with my insurance, I've always felt that If had any issues I knew how to contact them. when I had issue with my carrot wingman they replaced it straight away and made sure it didn't effect my policy. The agents are always polite and helpful.”

“great customer service, always happy to help quick response and im not on the better driver app but having the dashboard I find it really helpful and helps me to thrive and be a better driver and get high scores really helps me stay focused on driving well, as you get a nice little treat each week also I would highly recommend for young drivers.”

“I saw a few bad reviews about this car insurance BUT since being with them for 5 months myself I have only good things to say about them I’m on the better driver app and it really helps me stay focused on driving well, as you get a nice little treat each week also I would highly recommend for young drivers.”
