“Pleased with the insurance very reasonable but find the weekly driving thing a bit confusing as it has made comments about my driving and the car has not moved and some about speeding when the car is not capable of doing the speed lol”

“I've found it really difficult to score over a 5.5 on this insurance, despite actively trying to drive 'perfectly'. I feel the box and the scores don't take into account the car you're driving, eg I drive a mini-cooper where you can feel the corners more than say a non-sport type car, and i think this sort of thing influences my score. Other than that i've found the customer service to be great, not needed to claim luckily so I can't comment on that!”

“Good value car insurance! I have struggled with customer service a few times when i have tried to update details and their system was down Been told on a few occasions i would receive a telephone call back and havent. However had no other issues and enjoy the driving score app and have just received my first cash reward.”

“This company is good. They give plenty of feedback and having the app to vuew your score is nice. The quarterly rewards give a good incentive to drive well, which in my eyes makes me a better dricer overall very satisfied so far.”

“I find carrot a really good and reliable insurance apart from the installation of the bow when you try to arrange a time it's over a corse of like 4 hours for example anywhere between 8-12 however very good service”
