“I haven't made a claim yet and I haven 't received a contract from them although the money is being deducted from my account. The amount charged per month is very reasonable. I feel a bit uneasy as I don't seem to have any information. Can you allay my fears by sorting this out for me?”

However, it seems that you did not receive your policy documents, which would initially have been sent by email at the inception of your policy. “On my request, the Referral hospital has liaised directly with my pet insurance company regarding the funding of my pets cruciate problem thus causing me no added stress. Impressed, thank you.”

“I would prefer to pay in one payment rather than be forced to take a credit agreement and as a result pay interest. The cover seems ok and process of claims also ok.”

Many thanks for your comments Mr Betts. To clarify our pet insurance offer, every customer has the choice to make a single annual payment or pay by monthly instalments at no extra cost. “Called for an emergency claim, block in the central heating pipeline but they refused to pay as my boiler not serviced in last 12 moths though there is no link between block in the pipeline and boiler service.”

“This is the first time I've bought home insurance so I don't feel I can award 5 stars, but after a fair amount of research they were ale to source the product I wanted at the most reasonable price.”

“I found this company very helpful with my car insurance although the credit company they use are utterly useless and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. That's Premium Credit btw.”
