“Good service. No problems. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Only left because I found a cheaper renewal elsewhere. When I did leave the cancelation docs and No Claims Bonus Certificate were emailed to me within minutes. Thanks”

“The service is always amazing with Elephant and that is why I keep going back to them. They always make sure they can help me. I have never had a bad phone call with them, I don't know how they do it but they are always so positive and bubbly and genuinely care about what they can do to help. I just got off the phone to Corey after receiving an email that was confusing. He cleared everything up for me and was very pleasant to speak with. I would recommend them! Their staff are amazing and so lovely to speak with.”

“Very efficient service indeed. Their insurance is also very competitive for young drivers which is why I am writing this review ... My son has recently passed his test and this was his first insurance. The insurance purchased was suited and tailored to all his needs. Elephant also called us up today to just check on that my son was happy with his purchase and that everything was going tickety-boo. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
