“Good company had to ring up to set up however came through to a guy called Osman explained just need to check the details because of some claims and convictions I had etc After running through the details seems I didn't have the right cover for my van so Osman changed it the price slightly went up which I can understand this also bought some key insurance and excess insurance seems like a no brainer then also took my details of my old insurer and explained I didn't have to send any documents which was a plus good company just annoying you gotta phone but guy was quick and effeincent”

“I made a modification to my van as I wanted to convert it into a camper. As I phoned First Insurance they told me they couldn't cover my modifications but in less than 24h they found another insurance provider for me and did all the paperwork so I could have my van insured under the same circumstances as before. they have always been very helpful before, this is not my first good review.”

“Very nice greeting. Spoke carefully and at an understandable pace. Helped me when I didn't understand. I would really recommend Stephen Davis specifically as he really made my custom feel that it was important to him and the company! Great service Stephen !!”

“Having a bit of a trouble with some pending documentation from my other policy providers, I called the customer line and the person who was on the other side of the phone, Jessica Fernandes not only understood my problem from my brief explanation, she personally called the other insurance company I'm also involved with, and sort within few minutes a documentation problem that I couldn't solved myself. I'm very happy having an insurance policy with FirstInsurance and can't recommend it enough”
