Would have been a "5" had it not been for; Text messages of cancellation in contrast to that which I was being told on the phone. And, Being told (last Thurs./Fri.) that I needed to get in touch with previous insurer that/where I was a listed driver, for the same vehicle, for info that actually already appears on the full policy documents which I'd advised I had/have in hand... And also, during the same conversation was told a letter was posted to me about the same. Then, in yesterday's (05/12/18) telephone conversation, of which "Hailey" was extremely helpful, was told that the same letter was posted only the day before (04/12/18), & that an email had also been sent to me regarding the letter, which I explained to "Hailey" I am yet to receive...(???)

Andy G was great to speak to get my NCB paper work sent over, but wasn’t impressed with the cancellation of my policy. Come to get another policy with them and it had more than doubled for the 12 months

Have had accident a week after I buy new car now have to pay £85 administration fees plus insurance change over fee you are one of the most expensive I’ve ever used when my insurance is due for renewal I will not use your company some of your staff are quite caring and others hartless out to make as much money as they can for this company I’m not HAPPY at all

We had an accident NOT OUR FAULT Car repaired in quick time had to pay 200 pounds excess up front. Despite many phone calls STILL have not had 200 pounds back. Have jumped through many hoops since August and here we are at Christmas with not even a phone call. I am not impressed.

 Rubbish renewal, offering me the cheapest quote at £1623 after a year, after starting on £1545 and I haven't any claim made. If you would like to cancel and you are late with 24 hours you have to pay £96 for cancelation. Saying that it was automatic renewal. Did a search on Compare the market and got numerous offers around £700 - 800. Don't waste your time with them.

Way way way way too many messages from you!! I just paid for my insurance I do not then want endless texts, calls and emails about no claims, direct debits and other things.

I have found the majority of the telephone receptionists to be rude and patronising.

Still waiting for my documents to come through the post that I paid extra money for nearly 2 months ago rung twice and cancelled my insurance a few weeks back still waiting for my refund to hit my bank account?? Where's my money???
