I was called by first insurance by someone wanting more details regarding a no claims bonus mix up but instead of sorting the problem I was further confused.After calling back I was greeted by Sophie woodman who I have to say is the reason I've rated this insurance company a 5 star.The first person that did anything to help the situation.Thankyou Sophie.kind regards.Abul

I spoke with Hayley Lipscomb today regarding the current status of my car insurance (it is being renewed, and I had several questions!) and she was very friendly, understanding and above all, patient. I felt that my call was valued and that I was being given genuine help. Thank you, Henry

Both Caitlyn and Matt on your 'Chat' line were extremely helpful and efficient in sorting out my problem with my car insurance. Basically, I had received a threatening letter from the DVLA, as no-one had informed me that my cover had expired and I was 'illegal'. Matt arranged for a colleague from 'Sales' to contact me and re-instate the cover, and my follow-up chat with Caitlyn regarding entry on to the MID system was handled politely and professionally. She even forwarded further documentation to put my mind at rest. Very well done to both, and many thanks.

Spoke with Caitlyn Allen vial your chat box. She was very helpful and friendly and sorted out my enquiry with speed and accuracy. Very please with her. Also spoke with a gentleman earlier in the morning by phone to sort out my new policy, again very happy, just sorry I did not quite catch his name.

The person who i had the phone call with was called asvoldo I think. He was very helpful and made it easy to understand and go ahead. Good service all round

I feel jack's manner is all thats important. The company is competitive but with employees like jack First Insurance will always be a cut above the rest. After my experience today i trust First Insurance and will continue as a customer for a long time yet.

I was tardy in sending on my paperwork, mainly through a lack of understanding and working away. The underwriters were ready tp cancel but Caitlyn Allen went above and beyond to sort it out for me. Many thanks First insurance!
