“I have no problem with flux but I have to say that ALL providers are too expensive. If car insurance wasn't mandatory then car insurance would be significantly cheaper. Insurance providers hold the motorist to ransom. It feels like sharp practice. I think that comparison web sites encourage collusion between the different suppliers. Rather than reduce costs all companies base their quote on the most expensive.”

“The renewal quote I was sent was quite a bit lower than new policies I could have switched to using a comparison web site. My experience has generally been the opposite. The staff member I spoke to was helpful and polite. All in all a good experience.”

“Good company to deal with although setting up policy took a long time over phone, so be prepared as wont be short phone call. My policy was for young driver who had just passed test. Very expensive a lot more than other company's but one of the few that would accept monthly direct debit on under 18's. However when we had to get new car, they wanted an extra £600 on top of the cost of original policy needless to say it was cheaper to cancel policy and start again”
