I took out insurance for 2 cars 6 weeks ago. Since doing so I have been asked for the same information over and over again I sent copies of both vehicle registration documents, MOT certificates, copy of my driving licence, tracking codes and letter of no claims bonus by registered mail which requires a signature so I know that it's been received. I also sent a copy to the underwriter Premier Credit. I have had numerous letters, emails and a phone call asking for the same information again and several threats to cancel my policies. I call and get told that it's all ok only to get yet another letter giving me notice of cancellation of policy. After over 6 weeks of this I have had enough of the stress and am actively looking to move my insurance elsewhere.

My vehicle was hit whilst parked My cover was third party I got other drivers details so Adrian flux could deal with his insurance company to claim They made no real effort to pursue my claim Poor communication throughout No clear advice I have lost £4000 as a result I will Share this experience far and wide on all my social media so it will reach thousands

This company take money of your card without authorization, first time ever this has happened to me so warning people to be careful of this ridiculous outfit.

once my policy expired, i called to get my proof of no claim discount. this was promised to be automatically sent immediately after expiry. this was done by multiple people. 5 days later it has still not happened and on calling customer service, they say the previous colleague forgot. I can't understand how you can forget something that was automatic. poor service.

Charged me £150 to cancel my learners insurance, so I basically paid for a whole year for 3 months driving, avoid at all cost!

They charged my son £150 cancellation fee when he passed his test and had to cancel his learner insurance, basically he’s paid for a years insurance for 3 months driving. I would advise anyone to avoid this company!

I took out a policy in order to add my son as a leaner driver, once he passed his test Flux wanted over £800 to add him for 4 months (until renewal date). They offered no discount to me to remove him (even though he would have attracted more premium to add him from inception) and then charged me an admin fee of £35 to remove him. I do not recommend this company, steer clear and use a reputable company.

Flux direct are an appalling company to deal with and have taken it apon them selves to renew a cancelled policy and have taken the money from my account 4 days early. I strongly urge anybody thinking of taking out any insurance policy with flux direct to look elsewhere and avoid this company like the plague.

MY NUMBER IS 37611026 SIMON LETS SEE WHAT YOU DO ABOUT THIS . AVOID this company. They are cowboys. It was not clear that I signed up for a smart box with my insurance. This arrived in the post via courier. I was not sure what it was but opened the box genuine mistake! I found out I have to put this gadget which measures miles on the windscreen and have trailing wires running over my Aston Martin. (I dont mind miles being measured but object to wires) I phoned the company and said I did not want this gadget stuck to my windscreen they said because I opened the OUTER packaging (I have not opened the inner packaging) I have now to pay £195 if I want to cancel my insurance which was due to start in 6 days. If I had used the gadget and my insurance started then they may have a point for a charge of some sort but my insurance had not started and I only opened the outer packaging! AVOID AVOID AVOID. £195 FOR OPENING OUTER PACKAGING. I AM CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMEN AND TRADING STANDRDS DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. NOW INSURED WITH PRIVILIGE 14 DAY COOLING OFF PROPER COMPANY RUN AS IT SHOULD BE. DO NOT USE THEM AVOID AVOID AVOID. USE AT YOUR PERIL. IWILL UPDATE WHAT SIMON HAS DONE ON THIS BOARD.

I found the cancellation charges were extreme. Customer service was slow. Would not reccommend or use again.

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are incompetent and can't even process simple paperwork submitted. Recently tried to insure a car, provided all the DVLA license codes etc even the hard copies of the driving license checks. They kept asking for the same information that I kept on sending, even copied in myself but they kept of saying i was missing information. Policy was cancelled and a big bill for something I never used. PLEASE DO NOT USE AS YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED

Took out your special learner insurance for g/daughter paid £400.00 she passed her test after 5 months- I have been offered a refund of £28.00- when i queried/complained told to read the small print.Diabolical company.Rip off merchants.

SHOCKING!!! Disclosed all modifications on my Freelander 2 HSE as it has a Freelander 2 hst full body kit installed (aftermarket) sent all pictures/information back as requested within two days of the policy starting, for them to ring me over 2 weeks later ( COOLING OFF PERIOD HAD JUST FINISHED SUPRISE SUPRISE) informing me they was canceling my insurance as they don't believe my vehicle has been modified... Then want to charge me another £100 for canceling it OUTRAGEOUS!! LEGAL THEFT!!! OMBUDSMAN I THINK!!!
