“Hastings Direct are always extremely friendly and helpful! This was great for me as this is my first car and I was unfamiliar with car insurance, they made it very easy. When it was near to my renewal date, they sent me an email with all the important information. I was very pleased with the service. The SmartMiles app is very clear and useful, and I saved a lot of money using their black box. Overall a great service”
