“Mike was great. Friendly attitude, made me feel comfortable, slipped in a little sale that I didn't notice due to his easy manner and I didn't mind. Glad he sorted my insurance, plus gave me some sound advice. Great salesman. I suspect he has an O level in speed talking too! Good man.”

“Ian Quinn's customer service was exceptional. It was like talking to a good friend. He was helpful, chatty and listened well, which meant it didn't feel like the normal dreaded annual renewal policy search. Ian was able to find a suitable quote as there were issues with my details online. A pleasant experience, many thanks.”

“I spoke to an Ian Quinn who was so so helpful. I was panicking at the start as my insurance had been cancelled previously but Ian helped calm me down and made the call very personal and not as if he was just reading off a screen. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better service! Ian needs a raise!!!”
