“Fantastic. Getting the right insurance, especially with complications such as past convictions can be very difficult, time consuming and frustrating. Ian took all of this out of the equation, gave me a great personal experience and was genuinely invested in getting me the best deal he could. Ian simplified what can be a minefield of complications and spoke to me like a person. He spent time calling me back etc and In my opinion went above and beyond what was expected of him. Very refreshing. Thanks, Mark”
