“Ian was brilliant we had a set of circumstances that lots of people/call handlers arnt really sure how to handle or what to say ..!! Ian was a pleasure to deal with very personable just like talking to a friend..sounds like a top lad.. really happy with the way he handled the whole situation over two calls he genuinely is an asset to your company.. !!! Up the villa !!! :) great customer service !!! Exactly how it should be done great calls.”

“Rang today to arrange insurance on my van, spoke to Ian and he was really helpful. We went through my details and the quote was really competitive compared to others I’d had. Will definitely be in touch again when my car insurance runs out.”
