“I was quoted with extortionate prices from other insurance companies but Insurance Factory Ltd came up with a fraction of the other high quotes due to a previous driving conviction which happened in 2018. I will definitely renew my car insurance with Insurance Factory again. Friendly and very helpful staff. Thanks to a great service!”

“Ian is a great assett to the company he is so warm and friendly, polite, helpful defo a people person. He went above and beyond to help checked we understood AND was happy with everything we discussed. He explained everything without rushing couldnt of spoke to anyone politer. Id defo have Ian in my team. A amazing person. Thank you Ian for making it so easy for me to sort out with what i was looking to do and sortimg it all out”

“Ian was fabulous! Definitely recommend speaking with him. this was the cheapest quote i found and he couldn’t be any more helpful. he’s very funny aswell! He took some of his commission away to take some money of my insurance quote. Such a lovely man, thankyou so much Ian!”

“Ian Quinn was very helpful, friendly and professional whilst arranging my insurance, as a convicted driver he was sympathetic and worked 20 mins overtime to get my insurance sorted out so I could drive at midnight!! Thank you.”
