“I spoke to an Ian Quinn who was so so helpful. I was panicking at the start as my insurance had been cancelled previously but Ian helped calm me down and made the call very personal and not as if he was just reading off a screen. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better service! Ian needs a raise!!!”

“The contact I spoke to Ian was excellent. In a world where there's more and more reliance on IVR automated services it was great to speak to someone about the policy in detail. Car insurance isn't black and white and the factors that changed my policy were ultimately the reason I took the policy with these guys! :)”
