“Ive just renewed with insure the box for the second year and had no issue with them. My first year i bought a car with tinted windows that i didnt disclose by accident and they allowed me to keep them and didnt cancel my insurance. The customer service has been very good with them making me aware of ways to lower my premium and trying to cater the insurance policy around me. I have not yet to make a claim to i cannot talk for how they are during this process but considering my insurance was 2100 last year with no claims to them get a renewal of 709 with 1 year no claims i'm delighted with. Just dont mess them about and actually abide by the insurance policy and youll be fine.”

“i wouldn't have any other insurance company been with this company since first passing my test 2 years ago been a young driver my price for a brand new audi was the best and no other company compared to the one with in sure the box, staff are very polite and help you as much as they can and i don't mind having a box on end of the day who wants to go over the speed limit drive safe at all times :)”

“They were quite professional with what they did. Sent me No claim Bonus in 1 day. I haven't had any issues with my driving even so I had reasons to expect them. Great company to start owning car. Would recommend them. 5/5”

“My son was in an accident and the car was eventually written off. They gave him an A class Merc as a courtesy car while his 15 plate Corsa was being assessed. Once the decision write the car off was taken, the pay out was really quick and we have now Insured his new car with Insured the box. Would definitely recommend them for young drivers.”

“I must of took my policy out at the right time :-)) judging by the other reviews had nothing but excellent customer service through insure the box had a couple of problems at the start with my battery but they have been out 3 times and checked everything over since then no problems at all even from ringing customer services to keep them updated that I was changing my battery got through straight away on the phone and it was Xmas period too the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help me very pleased with the service and will recommend to anyone thankyou insure the box :-D”

“I insured my car on Christmas Day and it was a little higher than the quote I received a few days before, but I was not to bothered. They rang me and were very polite in arranging my box to be fitted, which they came to my work to do. The man was very nice too. I received an email this morning saying there was technical difficulties when I insured my car and they were refunding some money back onto the card I payed with. Which is very honest for them to do. As a young driver they gave me the lowest quote and have been very good so far. I would recommend:)”

“Insurer quick to respond to prang got garage to pick up day after call however the garage,they use picked car up on 9th march&have still got it. Only needed new wing&door”
