The on-line quotes looked very good. The operative, when I spoke with them began to raise the cost, for a variety of reasons. After I went ahead, the insurance company assessed the policy and adjusted the premium further. The operative had not properly advised me.
In the end the separate policies cost as much as the multi-car policy and I could have stayed with my original policy.
So Kwik-Fit gave me a quick fix initially but it was more expensive than anticipated. Be careful of increases after the deal is agreed.”
