“Having informed them of an accident as per their instructions, I find myself now penalised. I made no claim but apparently my neighbour did as it was considered 50/50, news to me.
That said, the young lady telling me to calm down as I was speaking too fast is not acceptable. I was not rude, I was not shouting and I was not once disrespectful, just speaking too fast, no wonder they no longer sell insurance poor show. I have yet to try and get my NCD paperwork from them.”

“Can hide changes and automatically add charges, asked for them to be removed but was still charged. Always double check your documents and for confirmation of changes requested by phone to be sent in writing. Paying monthly has quite a high APR, my 'cheap' insurance ended up costing an extra 50%.”

They don't even put their number on the Motor Insurance document. They charge excessively for the slightest changed in details once you've made initial payment.”
“Was with kwik fit for one year, they sent renewal which had gone from £400 odd a year to £1100 a year, found one elsewhere much cheaper called to cancel and they asked why, we told them, they said we were lying and no way would we have got a quote that cheap....well we did, £110 a month they wanted i found one for £18.45, still waiting for proof of no claims bonus to be sent through to!”
“The problem with Kwik Fit Insurance is the difficulty in viewing your document. They only exist online & you have to remember your login details to be able to see them. i have login details for many other websites & I have lost the username & password for my Kwik Fir insurance policy & certificate. It's just a pain not to be able to get hold of it easily if you ask me. I bet when I go to renew my policy this year they double the premium! If they do it will be goodbye Kwik Fit insurance & hello new insurance broker!”
“I had to claim for cracked windscreen, given wrong excess information when sold policy, hours of phone calls and despite being told they they would goner the excess figures I was given was still overcharged by the repair company when they came out, when I called to advise of this basically got told its tough luck!!!! DO NOT USE!!!”
“Not happy at all with the service i got from kwik fit insurance,because my direct debt didnt come out on time i got a letter saying they were cancelling my insurance 7 days from the date at the top of the letter,i recieved the letter on the 6th day and by the time i auctally got the letter kwik fit had closed for the day,absolutely disgusting”
“Received quote (the best cheapest quote) however went to pay IN FULL (as I stated I would pay IN FULL in original quote) & the only option was to pay in instalments!!! (which charge an absolute fortune in interest) Tried phoning to pay IN FULL however you were closed (sat eve & sun lunchtime) It's bank holiday tomorrow & I expect you'll be closed then too !! A good way of getting more money from your customers- I have paid a deposit & will be taking this up further when you are eventually open !!!!!!!!!!! As I'm not happy paying in instalments.
