“Despite the awful customer service provided which had to talk with 4 people and used over 2 hours of my time, I had to go with this insurance because I am already 2 hours late for work and don't have the time to start all process again.
I have made 2 complaints and I have no hope.”
“Treated us like criminals after my wife was rammed in the side by another driver, treated like it was her fault. Courtesy car was cancelled whilst we were on holiday so was being used without any insurance, spent hours on the phone to them being ignored, wrote our car off without ever seeing it, car was damaged further after being collected and they tried to reduce the offer due to the value being less as they said it had pre-existing damage (that they caused) still ongoing, car was a complete write off and 3 months later its been sold as a perfect car in Birmingham we live near Portsmouth) the car went to Kent by transporter, made us an offer without including our excess even though we were insured for uninsured losses and they were claiming against the other driver who admitted liability at the scene of the accident. Have now cancelled policy for both our cars and my mums car and gone else where. Shockingly bad service,i ended up doing the running round and solving all the issues.”
“My session timed out web site then asked me for a pin which I was not given at the start.i asked for a new pin nothing arrived via email and I had to go through the hole form again”
