“My car was stolen 2 weeks ago, insured with kwik fit, honestly couldn’t fault them. Excellent service from the time I reported the theft, car was valued at a really reasonable price and everything settled and payment received within 2 weeks (as car unfortunately not recovered) no issues at all and would definitely recommend”

“Spoke to some woman named Catherine regarding my policy her accent was lovely (Scottish) but her attitude was appalling. I hadn't wanted to renew my policy but this had been done automatically and I simply wanted to note my displeasure and make sure that it wasn't renewed again in this mannor. I'm sure that happens all the time but would be nice to be treated with a bit of courticy and respect I am their customer after all.”

“Zero! Took out a 2nd car insurance with them and this has turned into a complete nightmare because no matter how many times I sent the docs they asked for they still weren't happy. Needless to say the policy is being cancelled! I'll never ever use them again!”

“Took out home insurance with this company, put in a claim as I accidentally knocked down a wall and they would no pay to rebuild due to me not telling them I live 33m away from a water course, which when I googled it it was 276m so going to the ombudsman to see what they say, best stay away from this company as only a broker !! Bad company to deal with you have been warned !!!!”
