“Setting up initialy was good then I required a change to my ins cover in a hurry. I was finalising buying a different car when the salesman asked for my ins details. He had just purchased my car in a part exchange thus my current kwickfit ins was now invalid at this polnt. In the showroom i borrowed his phone and called kwikfit who were understanding. Within 5 mins I had new cover for my new car and 10 mins later I drove the car away. First class service”
“I was pleased to find Kwik-Fit Insurance for the first time, and take out a policy. However, I was amazed that my policy did not include Breakdown cover, which I thought would have been a standard question and feature to have within the Policy, especially for a female driver.
I was put out when I found that my policy did not include car breakdown cover, but it easily rectified.”
