“I had my previous car insured with Kwik Fit and wanted to change the policy to my new car I was told it would be £448.00 which I thought rather expensive. I therefore cancelled THE POLICY AND GOT A NEW QUOTE ONLINE WHICH IS £175 CHEAPER how can this be, to me this is not good customer service if you can quote me cheaper online then why can't you quote me this price as an already customer”
“Not happy at all with the service i got from kwik fit insurance,because my direct debt didnt come out on time i got a letter saying they were cancelling my insurance 7 days from the date at the top of the letter,i recieved the letter on the 6th day and by the time i auctally got the letter kwik fit had closed for the day,absolutely disgusting”
