“Adam Boswell was simply the best car insurance assistant i have ever experienced in 15 years of owning and insuring cars. He was erudite and upbeat in his manner. He even went the extra mile by sending me a personal e-mail detailing the policy number so that i would have additional proof of my insurance. Certainly should be employed in supervisor role.”

“I thought the experience I had and help from Monica was very good. Exceeded expectation and made the process much easier. She built up a level of confidence for me which made a huge amount difference and now all is left for me to provide the no claims bonus and I will be delighted to recommend the product Have a good Christmas Regards”

“I bought my policy yesterday and already I am impressed with Ladybird Insurance. The advisor that I spoke to today (reference number #8) was lovely. He talked me through every single service they offered to go with my insurance, and was more than happy to describe a few phrases in Layman’s terms as I am a young female driver and didn’t have a clue about a few things! A brilliantly patient man, calm, helpful, and reassuring.”

“After spoken to different car insurers i found Lady bird whos really helpfull. Very happy the way they explain clearly about policy. They was not hassle customer by asking for alot of documents and of bills like other company. Thank you Andy”
