“I have never had to claim,but getting insurance was very easy,the staff were very helpful,I have changed cars twice with LV and both times were very easy to do and the documents were sent straight away,have no complaints only praise for the staff.”

“I found L V very helpful and prompt as I changed my car shortly after joining them and this also involved a cherished number change, they were very quick to sort my paperwork out.”

“Took a whole year to get settlement of my claim (over 45 emails )and then only after the intervention of the Ombudsman Another small claim for a windscreen breakage took more than 3 months to settle They tell lies whenever they can ..I have full documentary evidence of these falsehoods.”

“L V provided me with good cover for my car insurance at a very competitive price. Fortunately I have not had occasion to contact them with any claims. I am hoping they will come up with a favourable quote when I renew next month..”

“Although not the cheapest quote I received, LV gave the insurance cover best suited to my needs. In addition to excellent insurance cover, when I changed my car, one phone call to LV was all that was required to transfer the cover to my new vehicle. The service I received was swift, polite and courteous. I would definately recommend LV to other car owners.”
