“It was by far the best quote with all the extras I got. I.e. Pillion cover. Leathers breakdown etc. When I did speak to someone regarding my policy they were very pleasant and it was sorted out straight away no problems.”

“I can't remember the lady's name that dealt with my renewal.... But a most courteous, helpful and understanding of my requirements person. I wish all companies had such good customer service as yours. Well done and give that lady a bonus or promote her to be your customer care training manager”
