“As a transgendered female dealing with matters like this can get a little awkward but the lady I spoke to made the whole process so much easier . She knew all the correct terminology and from the moment I advised of my name change she referred to me as Michelle .There are very few companies that I deal with that show the level of understanding this lady had and she either has a very thorough personal understanding of Transgender matters or your training programme is very cutting edge . Thank you for making the whole process so painless and a big thank you to the lady who dealt with me .”
