Shannon (Customer Support) was on the line who helped me instantly - emailing all the documents. Overall very happy with the service provided, thank you once again.”

“I have been with MCE Insurance with my motorbike foe a few years now, and was very pleased to see that my renewal this year had only gone up by about £5. last year I had a puncture on my rear tyre whilst out riding, I tried local firms as I was not that far from home but no joy. I phoned MCE and had recovery there in about 40 minutes I was impressed, Thank you. David Groves FX53GCU”

“After a few months of being knocked from pillar to post and getting absolutely nowhere with MCE EMPLOYEES who knew heehaw about anything to do with insurance..... (and you pay these people to know nothing?) a few days ago I was called by a Lovely Lady Called Christine who jumped through hoops for to get me the answers, she also fixed our bike ins and had me laughing till I was in tears ..for the duration of our call...this Lady Deserves a Medal thank you for making our day a bit brighter Christine From Carron & Gabriel”
