“The lady (Rachel) who I spoke to today was fantastic. My husband and I also spoke to her Friday 13 January regarding the policy document which had been emailed to me as there were a number of anomalies and she promised to call us back within 48 hours after making enquiries. Rachel did exactly what she said she would and in the timescale promised. She explained everything clearly and unlike some call handlers, gave a first class impression. I am delighted to have chosen MCE and MCE has already demonstrated that is far more professional than the company I was using previously. Thank you very much Stewart Effendi”
