“I recently renewed a policy covering the use of an agricultural quad bike - upon initial contact with MCE it was apparent that the representative did not fully understand the type of machine covered and quoted a premium 50% higher than paid in the previous year. I paid this premium but then decided to contact MCE to establish the reason for the price differential. The situation was resolved when a competent representative reviewed my policy and was able to arrange cover at the competitive rate paid last year. All in all very satisfactory.”

“Easy to apply on line; I imported my bike to the UK and MCE were happy to insure based upon the chassis number, very helpful. Rates are very competitive. All policy documents could be downloaded online, very convenient from a data storage perspective.”
