“your quote was to dear bennetts were cheaper than you . was going to go with them but coudnt be bothered to chase up my no claims entitlement so stayed with you. you need to sharpen up with your prices.”

“Not too much waiting on the phone. Clear and distinct English voice, free of all indistinct accents e.g. Glaswegian, Geordy or Asian, which often requires much repeating of a sentence. Simple and straightforward procedure. Friendly and cooperative staff. What more could I ask.”

“Insuring in London is tough with the crime as it is and i think a lot of people will be happy to still see MCE still giving London bikers a chance i amend you for that, what upsets me as a customer is that i spend a lot of money on my bikes security alarms, mobiliser, datatag and locks to keep it safe none the less this makes no difference on my insurance so what’s the point of asking the questions and stating it in your policy, As it could be a liability later on down the line. Is it just simply the fact that now we falling into brackets? Thanks for your time I’ll still be recommending MCE”
